From new designs, manufacturing, and installations to the way we make all of this visible, including raising awareness about the importance of safety at height.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Manufacturing of Fall Arrest Safety Systems<\/strong> at Ypsos Safety<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2024, Ypsos Safety continued advancing in the design and manufacture of safety systems for work at height, with the aim of reducing fall-related occupational risks.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have expanded our catalog, while consolidating the products that were already on the market.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PIGNUS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On one hand, there is the brand <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/pignus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PIGNUS<\/a>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/malla-de-seguridad-anticaidas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">safety net<\/a> dedicated to protecting different types of skylights. It can be found installed on different types of roofs, such as sandwich panel or trapezoidal metal sheet.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, we have specific solutions for roof windows and other structures. These nets have been tested in certified laboratories to ensure their effectiveness and durability.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within Pignus there are three sub-brands, each specific to a type of skylight:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/pignus-panel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pignus Panel:<\/a><\/strong> Single-twist welded mesh designed to protect skylights installed on sandwich panel roofs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/pignus-skylight-fix\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pignus Skylight Fix:<\/a><\/strong> Zinc-plated metal tray designed to protect roof windows on all types of roofs; it can be installed on the inside or the outside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The main function of this safety system is to protect users who access a roof or surface to carry out any task from possible falls through the translucent panel. It also prevents tools or items from falling into the building.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our flagship safety system, the <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/barandilla-de-seguridad\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">safety guardrail<\/a>, has evolved throughout this year into a complete, robust collective protection system that complies with the guidelines of the European standard UNE EN ISO 14122.3.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Like the PIGNUS brand, <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/ananke\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ANANKE <\/a>has several sub-brands corresponding to different types of safety guardrails.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the types that is already designed, manufactured, tested, and installed is the counterweighted guardrail, <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/ananke-weight\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ananke Weight.<\/a><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ananke Weight:<\/strong> self-supporting guardrail with concrete counterweights for collective protection, which can be installed on any type of roof without having to drill into the surface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div floors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anake Ground:<\/strong> guardrail with floor fixing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ananke Wall<\/strong>: guardrail with wall fixing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All safety guardrails within the ANANKE brand are available in an inclined version.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Their main function is to prevent falls from edges or level changes on roofs, rooftops, structures, access to machines, and other surfaces at height. Because they are collective protection, they ensure the safety of everyone who accesses any of the places mentioned.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>REBRIK and ORYG<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other product lines we offer are related to access systems such as ladders and crossovers, or custom crossing walkways.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rebrik:<\/strong> this brand refers to our <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/escalera-vertical\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">access ladders<\/a> compliant with the UNE EN ISO 14122 standard, and they are essential systems in any industrial environment, especially when safe access to machines, platforms, and other elevated areas must be ensured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oryg:<\/strong> the name we give to our <a href=\"https:\/\/ypsossafety.com\/salto-de-lobo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">crossovers<\/a> compliant with the UNE EN ISO 14122 standard.
