Types of Lifelines by Project

Not all lifelines solve the same problem. Depending on the route, the access, or the structure, there are different solutions.

Horizontal Lifeline

The usual solution for metal sheet, sandwich panel, deck, or concrete roofs, with a continuous route and free passage through the intermediate anchors.

Vertical lifeline

For access by ladder, towers, silos, and structures where the climb is the critical point.

Permanent Lifeline

A fixed system, sized in the design phase and with scheduled periodic inspection.

Temporary lifeline

For construction phases or one-off maintenance jobs, without leaving a permanent installation.

Fall Arrest Net Manufacturer in Spain

Domestic manufacturer of safety nets. We design and manufacture to your needs.

All of our production takes place in Spain. This allows us to control quality, offer tight lead times, and customize any project without extra costs.

    Learn About Lifelines

Anchors and Components for Your Lifeline

A good share of the inquiries we receive are not about complete systems, but about parts: companies looking for someone to sell them the right anchor for a specific surface. We manufacture and supply:

    • Structural anchors for trapezoidal metal sheet, sandwich panel, deck roofs, concrete, and parapets.
    • End, intermediate, and corner posts, with continuous passage of the shuttle.
    • Energy absorbers, tensioners, stainless steel cable, and terminals.
    • System signage and identification plates.

Each anchor is selected for the substrate, not the other way around. An oversized anchor on a fragile roof does not add safety: it adds a load transfer problem.

Independent Laboratory Testing and Technical Documentation

Our anchor systems are designed and tested in accordance with UNE-EN 795 (classes A, C, and D depending on type) and, in the case of guided type fall arresters on a rigid anchor line, in accordance with EN 353-1. For systems intended for several users at once, we also apply the criteria of technical specification CEN/TS 16415.

The tests are carried out by an independent laboratory. This is not a marketing nuance: it is what lets you prove the fall arrest system to an inspector, a tender, or the property owner, without relying on the manufacturer’s word. With each system we deliver a declaration of conformity, an installation and user manual, a technical data sheet, and a system logbook for subsequent inspections. You can find the details on our testing and certifications page.

The regulations do not eliminate the risk of working at height. They reduce it and make it demonstrable. That documentation is exactly what protects you when a project asks for paperwork.
